What is Platinum Cheats?

Platinum Cheats is a division of Platinum Digital Group that specializes in developing third-party middleware for popular multiplayer video game titles. Our middleware typically consists of "cheats" that give you an advantage in said games.

What games do you support?

Check our home page for an up-to-date listing of games we support. We are constantly adding new products all the time.

What features do your products have?

Each product we have is different. Check the product page for the particular product you're interested in for a full feature list.

How do your products work?

Most of our cheats use features in Windows to manipulate how the game works.

But what about anti-cheats?

We offer support for most anti-cheats, but this differs from product to product. Check the product page for an up-to-date list of supported anti-cheats.

Billing

How do I purchase a product?

You can purchase any of our available products through the billing page here.

What's the deal with slots?

Many of our products are "slotted", which means there are limits on the amount of customers that own the cheat. When there are no more slots available, nobody else can purchase the cheat.

Can you add a slot just for me?

Sadly, no. If we added a slot for everyone that asked, there would be no point in the slot system.

When will a slot be available?

We do not reveal when someone's subscription will expire and a slot will open. Check back frequently as we work on a first-come first-serve basis.

How long do I have a slot for?

You have a slot reservation for the entire term of your subscription, plus 48 hours. When this period has passed, your slot has been forfeited and cannot be renewed. Platinum Cheats support cannot renew your sub once your reservation period expires.

What payment methods are available?

We only accept Paypal at the moment. For now, we have no plans to support any other payment methods.

I'm currently pending verification. When will it be verified?

We manually review transactions in batches every couple of hours or so. Most verifications complete in less than 4 hours. If it has been less than 24 hours, we will get to your as soon as we can. We check transactions at the same time we check tickets, so please do not open a ticket if your transaction was created less than 24 hours ago.

I don't feel comfortable submitting my government-issued ID. What can I do?

Our advanced fraud-detection system will sometimes flag legitimate customers as potential fraudsters. If you are on a VPN or proxy, please turn them off. If you don't have a verified Paypal account, try verifying it or using a verified account. If neither of these things work, then you must submit government-issued ID. We do not make exceptions to this policy. If you are selected for ID verification, you cannot complete the transaction without submitting ID. Platinum Cheats Support cannot remove the ID verification requirement. If you don't feel comfortable submitting your ID, note that we are a registered company in Nevada and meet or exceed PCI standards for financial institutions. We store your submitted identification document off-site at a remote hosting facility and only retrieve it under limited circumstances.
